This rangoli looked so plain and simple in my kolam book. Thanks to Anita because she decided the colouring which I am very pleased with.

This kolam is made by me specialy for the marriage held in our neighbourhood. Friends I am missing ikolam's kolams because of my busy schedule. I will be joining you as soon as possible
Padi kolam in chalk... copy from rajamma ammas gallery...I love this design.
This is a free hand kolam, drawn in front of my house.
One more experiment of maakolam which I did on my kitchen top - likewise to get it perfect I had to do it more than 4 to 5 times and this is the outcome - next time I will try Lata's suggestion of putting colour in the gaps.
This again a free hand rangoli on deepavali. decorated with deepa.
With 9-5 in between dots I drew this design in paper. It is easy to draw in paper but will take much time to put as rangoli.
No dots, we can use 4lines each, looking good on any tiles or next to door.
Thank you for kolam.com and I am so much happy with this website.
I always like to put wet maavukolam without dots. This also an on the spot design.
