Correct Judy the rolled green is cabbage again the brown is also a cabbage, Its Red Cabbage, more or less it looks Purple to me
I have used the top layer of the cabbage which was flexible and deep in color, the consecutive ones were thick in size and little pale, nearing to magenta color.
