Dear Rajamma mam i had done likewise coconut waste kolam longback. But I used to dry it fully with hot sun. Add a little arsima. Then it will spread very easily.

Rajam, your kolam looks like an hurry-burry one! Viji's suggestion of mixing rice flour with coconut powder may work well!
