well rajamma - it is quite easy - i will try and explain
-> open a new page in photoshop and look for the tool bar on the left side
-> choose the brush tool and this will appear on the menu bar on top
-> click the down arrow on the brush tool that is in the menu bar
and thereafter the right arrow on the dropdown box
-> various brush options will appear
-> choose any one like assorted, natural, special brush etc
-> click the mouse on the new page and the design of the brush you have chosen
will appear on the page
-> now create your own designs and let your imagination fly........
