this is the 2nd Margazhi Kolam that i'm uploading (done on consecutive days as it was the weekend...) hope u ppl like it (i know the colouring is not proper...coz i was running out of colours so coloured very scantily)

Nice big and small Shanku kolam. Good symmetry. Are the inner white Shanks left without coloring? I.e floor color/

Very pretty - I think you have done enough justice to the colouring Jayashree - symmetry not only in colouring but also drawing is maintained really very well. When you run short of colour powder mix them with fine sand, that way it will spread easily and you will get a little more quantity. Rajam I think she has used white powder to colour the inside shanks - right Jayashree??

hey, i thought this kolam was lost in the long list of kolams waiting to b uploaded during Lata ma'am's trip to India...but anyways i'm happy to see it here...Thank u Lata ji..yes Judy ma'am i have coloured the inside Shankhs also (with white colour i.e normal kolapodi)..now that the kolams have been categorised into free hand and dotted...i'll specify the dot count...this is a 15 - 8 interlaced kolam.
