Wow...kya idea sowmijiiii....bad girl Blum 3 ...u shd've given me this hint earlier itself so that i wouldn't have scared my hubby after doing my grey kolam(used raw cement pdr for my kolam and he couldn't identify me when i came inside...yaaruma nee sitthaal velai paakkuriya...pakkathu buildingle...hmmmm Sad Sad Biggrin )awesome kolam pa Smile

Very novel idea, Sowmya! Long back I too used umikari powder once for black color in a rangoli. But now I don't have it ready at home! (We used to have it as a substitute for 'palpodi', right?)
