Dear Lata Mam, This is hemamalini. I have uploaded my Kolam for Diwali Rangoli contest 2011. Please find attached Rangoli. This is a dotted rangoli. 27dots x 14 dots. It is not straight dotted rangoli and i have used the raw rice (Aricee)and colour powder as a material to make this rangoli. It took 4hrs to finish the Rangoli. I hope you like this Rangoli.
