I like the way your childhood kolam has evolved over the years! Looks pretty. I want to leave a quick message here for your mom too. Hi Gowri's amma, I'm sure you're proud of Gowri, nice of her to share her kolams and her memories. It gives me renewed hope that one day my girls will think about the way I helped them with their projects, and although the paper/projects get thrown away over the years, the essence of it doesn't get thrown! :) Dear Kola maami, we are eagerly looking forward to meeting you! :)

Thank you Amma.I am really thrilled that you have commented on my kolam. I am fan of your padi kolam, Your kolam has elegance, nalinam, i love the patterns and the scale of your kolams. very much inspired by your cute kolams. Learnt to make vishnu chakram from seeing your kolam and U lotus. So far i had bought 2 boxes of chalk. Yes indeed i am lucky to have him. Will take kolams of my amma, maami, and cousins, chitti, patti etc when i go home to india in them month of May.
