About "V" kolam... not ikolam : PRINT
Simple 13-1 straight dotted kolam with my favourite lavender/ green color make up.Kids said there are so many 'V' in this so named it"V" kolam.(I expect 8 out of ten marks for this and hinted it in the kolam also).

Green is also one of my favorite color.in this kolam lavender and green combination super.so you get ten out of ten.this shape looks like a sangu pushpam.

Sumathi same pinch - I thought of the same nursery rhyme the moment I saw the colours in this kolam.. Rajam 11 out of 10 for you - that's how I rate this kolam. The colours are complimenting each other and makes the entire kolam come to life on the black background - sometimes I can see birdies opening their beak and asking mummy for food

Whenever the lavener and green is combined I have a feeling of silk saree combination. The design, colours and the background colour are matching with each other so lovely:)

Thank you all for your nice comments. Never expected that so many are Lavender admirers.My taste is only 2 or 3 color rangolis.( using more colors in a single rangoli is like putting all the ornaments/jewells available to gether with out any match)So, happy to know that many have the same tastei

Chithi, the purple Vs look like namaste pose and the green outer design look like 2 feet joined together. Aanaal enna, 5kku badhilaa 6 toes irukku.
