Sumathi same pinch - I thought of the same nursery rhyme the moment I saw the colours in this kolam.. Rajam 11 out of 10 for you - that's how I rate this kolam. The colours are complimenting each other and makes the entire kolam come to life on the black background - sometimes I can see birdies opening their beak and asking mummy for food :)

Thank you all for your nice comments. Never expected that so many are Lavender admirers.My taste is only 2 or 3 color rangolis.( using more colors in a single rangoli is like putting all the ornaments/jewells available to gether with out any match)So, happy to know that many have the same tastei Shoba I am not "maaji " (not yet retired from kolam.
