Hi Revathy....the procedure is like this...Soak some rice and grind it into a very fine paste in the mixer. Then add some water to make the batter into milk like consistency. Not too runny...(then your kolam will be very light.)Then soak a piece of soft cloth in the flour and start drawing lines with your ring finger slowly. Sure you will be able to do. Smile Try this and let me know. Smile
