Bitter gourd kolam, very nice. I tried to grow it here in California, and failed miserably last summer. Next summer, I need to try harder, pass on any tips if you got any.
Hai Lata, Soil and climatic may not be suitable for the bitterguard. That is why nobody cultivates bitterguard in U.S.It is not available in market .(Jewelosco,wallmart and also indian store etc etc.So do not try to grow again.
