mOhanaji, in this ikolam pattern, I see that it has 4 sections around the center "tile". All sections are laid out in diamond shapes, and there is that tiny dotted kolam, the one which appears in the front page. The arrangement of the tiles is pleasing to the eye!
Each pattern of yours makes us stop and think and then try to look at it from another perspective/angle... whichever way you want to call it

it is a nice passtime for my grand son to count how many ikolams are there in your rangoli.i think youngsters will learn fast from you to put such designs soon.
