As it was drizzling in Chennai on the evening of Karthigai ,I decided to do the Rangoli using my daughter's writing board and placed it inside my house.

This is the 3rd in my series of Arthi Plates made with turmeric ,betel nut,bangles,flowers and bindi ,all that is auspicious for the wedding.I tried for plastic betel leaves.But could not get it.So I plan to arrange real betel leaves at the time of Arthi.
This kolam is symbolic of welcoming rains in Chennai. Actually no dot count just an imagination of cut and paste using MSP
Just an attempt by increasing the dot count by one for each kolam.Can call it Apartment kolam too. Collections taken from my old kolam note book
