For me they look like big key holes. The coloring combo is very nice. The outer "Naamaam" also cute.

Such a pretty padikolam Pushpa. The colour combination is excellent and makes it look so grand. I can see you forgot to put the red dots on the top left side below the naamam design. Rani are you talking about the Florence Flask?? Yes I too thought about the same thing only. On the border part I think you should have either drawn the kolam a little higher or you could have coloured the right side three diamonds like the left three (maroon, yellow, maroon) as the border colour symmetry looks a little odd. Just my opinion - anyone agrees with me??

Judy I agree with u dear, I wanted to put yellow next to the kaavi in the border but made a mistake, i realised afterwards but it was too late so i left it as is, didnt want to spoil it more. Thanks everyone for the appreciation. Vinci u already gave a name, is it necessary for Laks to give one... yenna idhu chinna pulla thanama irrukku (what is this so childish) everyone calling it different different names he he :).

Wow Pushpa, very very pretty and bright coloured kolam. New design - is it your own creation? Looks very traditional with white, yellow and red combination.
