Looked through my kolam book for flag kolams but found kolams that were common and did not want to repeat the usual ones so I decided to do something different and hope everyone likes this sketch rangoli.

I am truly overwhelmed at the response I have received for this simple message rangoli. Thanks a ton Suges to your 6th std daughter for her appreciation which I consider as the highest level of appreciation since impressing a kid is not so easy and I think I have achieved that - so sweet of her to share her views through you to me - give her a big hug and kiss on my behalf. Feels like I have won some contest - thanks once again

Thanks to Saras, Rajapriya, Chandy, Sudhamani, Roja, Anisha (I had just got back from Lakshmi's house after helping to make that blue velvet carpet and realised that I did not have any colourpodi at home so I had to be satisfied with just white
what to do), Veena, Sudha, Suba, Usha, JKM (actually after you mentioned it - on looking at the picture once again I too am reminded of a white icing cake), Sree, Anirudh (I was facinated by this D right from childhood as my father used to write it like that and try to use it wherever possible and you have made me feel hungry thinking of black forest cake), Saraswathi and Brindha for your wishes and valuable comments - I am thrilled
