yes. i cut out a stencil in a chart paper & inserted 4 bell pins in all 4 directions from the back of it , in order to lift the chart once we finish the coloring. procedure is very simple. 1. take a fancy bowl / tray / thambalam /urli & fill it with water. 2. sprinkle a thick coat of any talcum powder with a help of a tea net. 3. cut out [ or readymade ] stencil in a proper size of your chosen base. 4. place the stencil on the top of the plate with bell pins . 5. now , start coloring it by using tea net agian for the even look. you can choose any no of colors as you wish. 6. once done , slowly & carefully lift the stencil by holding the bell pins from both the sides without any shake. 7. finally , flower decoration can be done from outside. note: no shakes plz .... thatswhy i opted for a stencil method instead of a free hand drawing in the fear of shaking.
