Yosemite national park in California. These pictures were taken last week (New year's eve and on Jan 1). The falls seen in the first one is the Yosemite falls which wasn't completely frozen yet. Thanks for motivating me to post these, Umaraja. 
The tented cabin (unheated) seen at the last picture is where we stayed for a night. I couldn't sleep at all...brr!

Beau ……..tiful. You are really lucky to see this scenery .I am seriously jealous of you .One day i will try to paint one of these picture with simple pencil(probably first one ).Wish me a good luck for the same

fabulous pics lata,but i could also feel d severe winter too which made u sleepless, i coudnt sleep even at a -5degree,couldnt imagine such a temperature which u experienced , i would like to see the inner view of ur pretty tent

Great pictures! My son visited the park a few years ago, but in summer. Armchair travel is less expensive and more comfortable
