About Water Rangoli : PRINT
Hi all, I tried the rangoli on water. It stayed on only for an hour. I don't know what my mistake was. I'll anyway want to try it again very soon.

thank you all, it is this encouragement that makes me upload anything that I try without thought. Lakshmi ma'm, this is how I did it - 1.applied oil on the sides of the bowl. 2.Poured water 3.Put talcum powder all over the surface 4.put the pink powder( colour mixed with kolam powder) all over. 5.Drew the design on the top and applied colours. Any inputs would be of great help

You seem to have done it correctly only Meena. I think the layer of talcum powder may not have been thick enough. Try distemper next time but you have to put a generous quantity only then will it stay. Nice attempt
