Awesome kolam and choice of cols Rajamma mam....ur floor is giving that extra brightness to such a lovely kolam...d one dotted kolam which I said I had done was not good looking just beacause of my cement floor where some cols look bright and some cols didn't show up at all....

This reminds me of the hymn, "all things bright and beautiful all things great and small"... I would say this kolam of urs is bright and beautiful in my favorite combo of green-white-orange... looks very nice... Nylon color kolapodi or mixed color in white kolapodi Rajamma maam??

Very brightly coloured and this freshens up the mind, Rajam! The colours are "Palich Palich" and the flowers are "Sirich, Sirich" (laughing or smiling).

Rajamma mam,
Your tri-colour chikku kolam looks awesome. All the three colours are looking very bright. You should have done the centre part of the kolam with blue colour. Then it would have represented the dharma chakra of our national flag. All the other three colours are there in your kolam.

Thank you all for the nice comments. I didnot think of national flag or commonwealth games gold medals achievement of India while coloring. It so happened.Since I took the photo in the night with tube llght, the floor color being white I did some editing in Picasa, that is why the colors are looking bright. Umaji, i white is nylon podi and others are color podi only, no mixing.
