This is the kolam I put for Saraswati puja today, in the basement for our common golu.

Hai all,
This is also an exact copy kolam of Brindha. I have added one layer extra and had named this kolam 'JAYA-NDHA' kolam. But, I don't see that name in the title. Got sooooooooooooooo many appreciation from everyone for this kolam. As A.R.Rahman says " ella pugazhum iraivanukke", I say '' Ella pughazhum Brindhavukke". Thanks Brindha for this motivating kolam.

Jayanthi, very well drawn Jayandha kolam. The inner part is very very nice. Picture quality is little low. I was expecting your kolam for the golu. Kalakkeettaye!

Is this also an alpana type kolam? Jayanthi, did you practise once at home before putting in common area? If not, I appreciate your confidence! 'Ella pugazhum Brindhavukke'..well said!

'' Ella pughazhum Brindhavukke". - where are you dear Brindha missing for sometime?? Wonderful reproduction of Brindha's alpona Jayanthi. So pretty and extremely neat - tempted to make one myself - hope I am able to do one soon

Thank you all for the valuable comments, although this is a pure copy kolam. Yes chithi. This is the same alpona from Brindha.I just copied it roughly in a paper so that I can put it fast and come bak. [ We used to put it late in the night after clearing the previous day's kolam etc].. It took me approx an hour or so. Brindha, whhere r u? I am just waiting to get ur feedbak on YOUR KOLAM.
