About Inspirational Kolam : PRINT
Straight Dots: 15 - 1
This is one of Veni's kolams (http://www.ikolam.com/node/14935?p=12785) which inspired me recently. I changed the central portion and made a new kolam. I put this kolam in my balcony to welcome a couple of friends who came home last week - but had a really tough time trying to spread the kolapodi on that smooth surface as the wind was trying to blow away my strokes as soon as I put them. I finally managed to complete it (not to my satisfaction though). My friends liked it very much - hope you all like it too 
Let the game begin again, after a long gap!
(I hope the friends who had seen this in person would not give away the answer). Can you guess who made this?

ennappa ippadi ellam kalaikkireenga....I put this kolamnu solreenga...appuram guess who made it nu solreenga....oruvelai jkm sir aah or ur hubby aah....adutha plane eridaadeenga enna adikka...he he....yeah i am sure it is viji mam..who is returning to here at this time....

Latha if this kolam is not done at ur place...then it must be at saras mam's house since judy and lakshmi went to saras's house to have a small and sweet meeting....am I right...?

If I am not able to view this kolam how can I guess who put it
I am unable to see so many kolams for the past two days?? Anyone else having the same problem??

I remember Subhaji mentioning that she wasn't able to view some kolams. I'm not sure if the problem got resolved at her end. It appears to be some network issue at Chennai. Hope things get resolved soon.

Judy's ezhais used to be sharp and fine. May be, wind has played its part! The floor looks brand new...must be Judy's mom's apartment...I also go with majority!

Yes, this was made by Judy. I think many of you got it right.
Very nice kolam Judy, and it looks good against the contrasting colors of the tiles.

Oooohhh! my guess is correct!. It is not by the kolam but the way the description was written that made me guess correctly. When I read the description it sounded as though Judy is talking to me. So without breaking my head further I asked whether it is "Judy" kolam!

wow, very nice....i too thought it must be Judy, but those four unparallel lines said no it cannot be....but the the star was saying yes....so, was waiting for the answer

Hi Judy...nice kolam. I am a new member who joined only today. I just love putting kolams, especially chikku kolams. I used to put a lot in my school days, but lost touch completely. Now I almost feel like a beginner. I was actually looking on how to put kolams on the computer ( wanted to revive my interests again), when I came across this site. Can you tell me as how you do that?

Sorry friends - my internet connection was playing hide and seek with me so I could not come and comment earlier than today and I missed out on the fun of being around with all of you when the game was on
Actually Rajam you won't believe it, but after I put the description I had a doubt that some one might guess it was me because of the way I had put the details and you did it. Thanks for understanding me so well.

Vinci what did does the tile design tell you please - can you elaborate??
Jaya yes my strokes are always thin but this was the first time I put a kolam on this surface in my balcony (usually done on the tar road that is easy to spread) so when I was dropping the podi it was actually splashing around and the wind was making it spread further so it was really a task for me to complete. Moreover, it has been quite a while since I have put kolams on the floor due to some work/problem or the other so by the time I finished this kolam my back started to hurt and that explains why those 4 lines were not parallel (Anirudh got the explanation now??)
Rani I think you played the game in the best way as you got misled because this was uploaded by the admin so you thought it was Lata, Mani or JKM - great going
and Veni did good in guessing correctly too 
Pushpa I like your wit in wanting to claim ownership - this is trademarked dear - haha
Lata my viewing problem has finally been solved - as you guessed it must have been a network problem only.
Suba hope your viewing problem is solved too

Meena many of us use photoshop to make computer kolams. If you don't know this software, try and download a tutorial version and learn. You can ask me if you have any doubts, I will be happy to clarify (that is if I know the solution). Happy kolam making - keep the enthu going
