This is a maakolam I tried today... Was in Delhi for Vinayaka Chathurthi to attend a marriage so doing a late pooja for my favorite God. Due to the wind and the smooth floor, it was a little difficult to put. Anyways hope you like it

Very neat and attractive pushpa sorry maa kolam specialist. Do we need to make a very fine paste i think. Recently I tried one but as the paste was little rough i found difficult to draw.

Neatly done, Pushpa. As you said, the wind has scattered the flowers but it also admired your beautiful kolam and went away without spoiling it!

nice maakolam, good design , neatly drawn. How is that I too used the same flower petals for my latest kolam and uploaded it.(Like minded people?)

Indeed a maakolam specialist Pushpa is.. Very neatly executed though, a little out of symmetry. The style of drawing the lines evenly shows her expertise - well done dear
