It has 29 dots straight rows till 1 dot. the dots around the center dot that is the 13th dot is placed according to the design to make it as a round shape.and the 15th dot is the center.

This is a very intricate piece. What strikes me as
a student of symmetry is how at the centre a local
six-fold (12 red arrows pointing towards the centre)
was achieved even though the overall symmetry is only
four-fold. A very creditable effort.
