simple and nice. contest rules of dotted kolam, using ricekolam powder with minimum colors used are followed correctly

Nice four-fold symmetry giving a svAstika like
appearance. What is pleasing in this rangoli is
that the rangoli is standing out, not the colour.
The wave-like bordering merges nicely with the
rangoli that has already circles. I like this.
