About Rangavalli done with maida batter : PRINT

Rangoli is done with maida, because if done with rice flour it does not stick for longer time, it flakes off. Maida sticks to the floor and makes it stay for longer time.

Very beautiful! So the colors we see here, are they mixed up with the maida batter or is it just paint? You've a nice brown-background in the flooring which makes this rangoli stand out even more. Thank you for sharing.

It is very beautiful, just wanted to check how you make the maida batter. I only know how to put kolam with Rice flour, not with the batter. So please try to explain how you make the maida batter. thank you so much,
