Lata, as per the discussion and with reference to http://www.ikolam.com/node/10913 i am uploading the similar rangoli's which was in my book. Hope it helps you. The dots are 15(twice equal) to 9 inside

Yes, the design looks the same, but the dot count looks different. You say it is 15x9 ?, where as the one I have is 15x8, and besides, I don't see the shift at the center, which made this pattern unique.

padma maam, really nice kolam but why is it so dull. try to take a better picture next time pleaseeeeeeeee.

Actually Padma is right Lata it is 15-9 but the 15 dots are two lines, that's why you dont see the shift at the centre and it looks even - rightly said - another unique pattern Smile
