Looks like ikolam has discovered another rangoli lover today. Or should I say, it has managed to extract a rangoli out of a member who has been with us for a few years.
The dotted rangoli looks pretty. If you mention the dot grid along with the description, it becomes easy for me to tag it on the top bar. Thank you for sharing your work here with us.

Veena maam nice kolam... somehow I feel this resembles the dancing girls of lata maam... nice colors... I can see more kolams visible in you book... hoping to see more ofyour designs

keep 23 dots and keep dots in the middle there by reducing it till 12. start with the centre star and red petals. then arrange the other petals and design as shown
