The kolu is divided into four parts. The traditional five padi with dolls, an Indian town with busy roads and a shiva Vishnu temple ,a wedding sequence from our loam, marriage, reception and valakappu. Accompaniments include vaadyam, band set and sumptuous meals. The fourth part is the European village which is the highlight of the kolu and has the main theme-nursery rhymes. There are over fifteen rhymes some of which include Humpty Dumpty, Mary had a little lamb, baa baa black sheep and many others.
