Picture was taken with just a spotlight so the diyas effect is there.

Swathy madam, looks like a cute Annam(swan) sitting inside a Pushpaka Vimaanam.Nice drawing and neat coloring.Diyas are pretty, but their placement could have been different. Your wooden floor gives a nice contrast feeling to this beautiful rangoli.

Swathy ma'am a very neatly drawn rangoli... I liked the Ganesha photo as well... very nicely drawn outline and good coloring....

Dear ikolam members,
Thanks a lot for your comments. it is very encouraging. This kolam was based on inspiration from ikolam members who are all very very talented.
rajammaji, I would love to get your feedback on where the diyas could be place, so I could do better next time.
Does any of you know how to post entries to the Diwali contest. Please send me with detailed instructions..which menu to click. I am a little confused.

Hi Swathy, Your rangoli is simply beautiful.. For posting you rangoli for Diwali contest, I think its the normal way of uploading kolams, like clicking on Rangoli under . Lata, I hope I am ritght, as I did the same way..
