dear lata mam, naan upload panna innoru kolam varave illai.. padikolam.. and galleryil enakum oru idam plz arrange for it.. ippallam upload panna kolam vara romba naal aguthu. why? anyway.. ikolam is going too good.. keep rocking.. thank you..

Sure, your gallery would be ready in 2 days. Margazhi season is the busiest in ikolam.
Could you please upload the other rangoli again?

Hi Shaalu,
Thank you for contacting me regarding your experience. I don't see any of your rangolis waiting in the queue to get published. Looks like the upload didn't not go through. Please try to upload again. I also do not see any of your comments waiting to get approved as well. Usually, only new members' comments go through moderation and may take a day or two to show up.

Last month, we noticed a lot duplicate images from your account getting published instantly.
Please do not upload one rangoli multiple times. Members who upload the same file over and over again are removed from our instant publish queue, and moved to the moderation queue, as per the website rules. Sometimes, the images are uploaded facing sideways or pointing down. This is one reason for the one or two days delay. Thank you for your patience.

Thanks for the detailed explanation. Sorry for the inconvenience that I caused you. I kept uploading the pictures thinking that it was not uploading properly. Now I can understand what has happened. Please move me back to the INSTANT publish queue. I will make sure that the above mistake wont happen again. Sorry again.
