Champagne for celebration!
Rani's third anniversary announcement triggered a quick time check regarding others' anniversaries and hence this celebratory-champagne kolam! :love: We're celebrating some of our long-term members' anniversaries here at ikolam! I need to start mentioning from a few of our members that have been actively posting here for the past seven years! I'll then mention members that have been with us for six years, five years, four, and then three. Since it is already past 12am where I live, I'm going to write the names in the morning. But you're more than welcome to guess out the names/yrs here in comments to have some fun. 
The floor is wooden, the medium is rice paste, the coloring at the bottom is colored sand. At the top you will see the bottles colored as champagne bottles in Photoshop. Hope you like it.

Waw, I am so happy that I'll atleast get some few drops to taste from this lovely champagne bottle!

Do you know, she didn't mix water with the flour. Since champagne is so cheap in CA, she mixed champagne to get the wet flour

Nahiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii(Hema malini style)...Hum sab kuch sahe sakte hai lekin aapke kolam ke bina nahi jee pahenghe..(Raki style).....toda sabru karo mei kolungi es tofa ka pitaraa dost ...tab tak ke liye ..solve karo yaha quiz ?/kya ho sakta hai is pitareke ander ......

Thank you so much all of you, for your lovely comments! And thank you Lakshmi for selecting my kolam as rod. I was thrilled.
As we can all see from the table above, we have been blessed to have members who have been active for so long, in sharing their works and thoughts in this site. The years have gone by so busily, and I feel bad for not celebrating so many anniversaries! Each day was a creative one and am glad nowadays some of our long-term members have started announcing their anniversaries in the site. :bigsmile: :beer:

Dear lata mam,
Ikolam members have always been an inspiration for newcomers like me….they have always appreciated my little effort.And what a learning experience for me….Looking at their kolams has triggered my creativity….Earlier I did it randomly now I keep in mind the symmetry,finelines,color combinations…..So it has added moreto my growth & my passion…..each day u find new kolams ,new ideas so pleasing so beautiful ….i mean it’s a never ending collection……Celebrations and honoring their eff orts and their creativity is a wonderful deed…..Thank you all…….congratulations ,a salute & tons of Love & hugs…
