Glittering water

This is the picture of the lake infront of my flat. At 2 p.m the rays of the sun was glittering on the water like silver droplets. Thought of sharing with you all, nature lovers.

rajamma you are lucky to have lake in front of your building .indeed a very beauuuutiful scene Maam.One day suddenly i will ring the bell of your door as your garden and this lake attracted me soooooooo much ..........this reminds me of my fathers fmailies house(rebuilt by my dad) at Mangalore ,padubidri touching our house one big lake flows aand meets the sea at about 10 minutes distance from the house .The cocconut and mango trees on the both the sides augements its beauty like anything .In chilhood whenever we use to go to our native place whole day we use to spend around this lake .

This is a ver small lake in chinnappanahalli near Marathahalli adjuscent to the railwayline near Maarathahalli over bridge.2 years back, it was developed and maintained by a software company with govt's assistance.They planted flowering plants and now they are blooming. I go often for morning or evening walks with friends. Only thing which prevent me to go there alone is the water snakes spotted often there. Otherwise, it is good time- pass to watch the fishes in the water and cute birds flying around the lake .
