About Maiyil Kan - Peacock Eye : PRINT
Last week we had been to Thiruthani for the ear boring ceremony of my grandson (my niece's son).. There were many people selling these peacock feathers otherwise known as "Maiyil Kan" and I could not resist myself from clicking pictures. I want to share with all of you since I have seen so many peacock related stuff due to Krisha Jayanthi... Lata would you mind if I jumped the queue and asked you to upload this for me please??

I forgot to mention it earlier Judy; since the past couple of days, everyone's rangolis have jumped the queue. All of you creative people have older works still waiting. But, no one is complaining, because everyone understands!

Thank you Lata - it was 12 noon and the sun was shining directly on these beautiful feathers that's how I couold get that shimmer... Enthusiastic bunch of people you see Lata, so definitely no one will complain I am sure....
