Beautiful and cute elephants. It seems to be a small part of a big rangoli. i could see some chikku kolam on the bottom and some other design on the top left corner. Looks like some painted kolam. Seems like a painted kolam! Have seen this kind in temples. They decorate the big stone pillared hall during utsavams...
