Wish you all a happy Dassara.The Goddess Durga Devi kept during last year Dassara festival in the Bengali Temple,Goregaon, Mumbai is attached h/w.Centre is Durga Devi.Both the side Goddess Lakshmi and Saraswathi.Extreme both side r God Ganesh and Karthikeyan(Murugan).

I had the opportunity to go round kolkata city to see pandal i have covered ONLY 25 to 30 pandals, IN 3 days after travelling day and night, Most of the pandal were house model, others were unique, which are displayed, after going round kolkata it stuck me that Bengali live only for this Durga pujo, Kolkata does not sleep all these four days.

I stayed at Goregaon till my marriage as my mother's house is there .we are surrounded by bengoli people i heard of this pandal but never got chance to view this .thanks dear for sharing the same

Wow this looks so good. It brings back memories of my visit to Kolkata during Durga festival. I think I uploaded a few photos here, not sure though.
