This was not done in Photoshop. I used Microsoft paint, Microsoft Powerpoint, Irfanview and Gimp to create this pattern.

One more thing, if you stare at the pattern in a relaxed manner, you'll see the central pink pattern elevated over the surrounding blue. Did you notice it?
