Very beautiful maa kolam, Pushpa dear. Eventhough u feel that u have done mistakes, u have covered it through your kaavi make-up to ur kolam. It looks fine except the top portion where it seems to be scrambled. Also u forgot to place dots in kaavi, in the top right lotus flower.

Rani mam good morning dear. This is just plain rice soaked and ground to a fine paste dear. Nothing special in it. Thank you all for ur comments. Maha dear, yes i realized i missed out on the kaavi after i uploaded it.

Hi push...very good morning...is it so...just plain raw rice eh....no trade secrets u r hiding na....haha...i've heard that if some urdh dhal is added it gives a polish look like this...thats why wanted to know....

Rani, when i make rice paste for kolam, i add some (1 spoon) urud dhal to it.

No pa Rani mam, this is just plain dosa rice dear... no trade secret pa, just got to make sure it is nice and smoothly ground without grains....

wonderful kolam mam...the tower and the extensions remind one of the pagodas in chinese temples....nice try and neatly coloured...!
