About white kolam on violet base. : PRINT
When I mixed violet colour powder with nylon white kolapodi and tried to draw, Icould not put proper lines. So I used a filter and made a violet base and with the help of an earbud drew this free hand design. Though the outcome is not satisfactory I am sharing it. Can you see the symmetry problem here? no mood to rectify it.

OMG...what an idea rajamma mam...u r turning younger and younger as yrs go by...this awesome rangoli looks so fresh and like a newly wed bride...haha... i see her vekkam(shyness).in those curls and swirls....

Rajamma mam, u have come out with a novel idea. Beautiful ear bud kolam on a violet base. I don't see any symmetry problem here. It seems to be perfect.

Lovely design and nice creativity with the violet base. Even I too tried more or less the same pattern one month back. I felt same symmetry problem but Maha and other said it;s perfect. Likewise, i didn't find any symmetry problem in this also. It's perfect.

eventhough the symmetry is missed over all it looks great....it was hard time to findout
the inner eight fold symmentry changed with outer turning out to be seven fold
