Hi, I'm new here and am discovering your beautiful website! I'm a teacher too and am Italian (I guess there are no Italian people - till now!). I've used kolams on these last weeks and 2nd grade my pupils got crazy for them.
Please could you help me find how I can add content, if I can, since on my right column there's no such line.

Hello! Welcome to ikolam! It is always refreshing to hear teachers' experiences with their students and kolams. Actually, there are a few members from Palermo, Milano, Trento and a couple of other cities from Italy. Here are the instructions to add content;

At the right side vertical menu (under your user-name), there is a tag called "Create content". Just a little below that, there is a tag called "Rangoli". When you want to upload a kolam/rangoli, click on "rangoli". It will lead you to a page called "submit rangoli". You need to fill in the title page, the description about your rangoli in the "body" area (a small or a big description). Finally, click the "File attachments" option, to browse to the file that you want to upload. Make your selection from your local folders, select "Attach", and then click on "Submit".

Your rangoli should be published in about 2 weeks. Hope this helps. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the problem with posting is that I can't see any tag "Create content" under my username.
There's just
- my account
- invite your friends
- my groups
- blogs
- log out

Do I miss something?

hello latha, for few days there is no "create content".Is there any way to upload if I want to upload a kolam?

Subashiniji, there are a few members who upload many rangolis at a time. We had requested for uploading one rangoli at a time, for reasons already mentioned over previous couple of months. We had to take down the "create content" option temporarily when an active member proceeded to upload many rangolis at a time. I can assure you that the "create content" option will be made available tomorrow.
