This is a 13-7 dotted kolam..Drawn at my grandma's place..trichy..and i did some designing around it.

Woow, look at this beauty. Bhagya dear, this is so so beautiful. We all would have tried this kolam one time or the other in our lifetime but you have put such an artistic touch to this simple kolam and created a masterpiece. Very good one. Loved the outer bordering too. Good work dear, loved it.

this kolam is very nice.simple and usual kolam but in a very different presentation.it looks so nice with ur imaginations.really very nice and superb.

As usual ur specialization in shading make the difference i think u have used the petals of violet in the center design am i right?.Bagya i have to say u r a genius

Dr Rekha, those violet colour flowers are "Sanghu Pushpam" (butterfly pea). Flower in the shape of Conch shell. Botanical name - Clitoria ternatea and in Sanskrit known as - Aparãjita.

Lovely kolam. Though old design you have given an artistic touch in decorating with your shading. The shanku pushpam and nandhiyaa vattai poo add the beauty.
