Though the twins are looking different , my vote is to the 2nd traditional kolam. Both are well drawn and very nice.

Rani mam,
This is so beautiful. Both the traditional and coloured versions looks nice and superb dedication to the lovely sisters.
I hope this is done with kola podi and not wet rice paste (maa kolam).
Suba mam, your poem is too good.

Thank you Rani, for the twin padi kolams specially drawn for both of us! I thought you had drawn one and did some photoshop magics to get the second one! Both are so identical in all aspects except colors!
Rajam, you cannot take away one for you as I have both embedded in my heart!

Rani mam, if it is a maakolam, then i really admire the stokes. Please let us know, how you were able to get such thin strokes. As i'm doing it with the cloth squeezing method and that too with my gundu gundu fingers (fatty fingers), my strokes are very broad / thick always.
