Paneer Vegetable Pulav
Paneer cubes- 100gms
Whole garam Masala spices, Garam Masala powder
Vegetables: Onion, Carrot, Spring onions, Coriander leaves, Peas, Beans (All
veetables are optional and can be used depending on the availablity).
Rice
Ginger garlic paste- 1spoon
Water,
Ghee/Oil/Butter
Ingredients and method
1. Fry the paneer cubers in GHee/oil/butter and put them aside.
2. In the same pan, add whole garam masala spices, ginger garlic paste, onion paste,
till the raw smell leaves from the onions.
3. Now chop all the vegetables available, and add them to the above pan.
4. Add salt, garam masala powder and fry for 3minutes. Now add the washed
rice and fry for a minute and add required quantity of water.
5. Cover the pan with lid and leave it for cooking. If you are using pressure cooker,
let is give 2 whistles.
6. After completely cooking the above mixture, decorate with the fried paneer
and coriander leaves.
