boiled peas-1cup
boiled potato-1
salt to taste
besan-2tablespoon
khus khus-1teaspoon
green chilli-2
oil for fry
for paste:-
onion-2
jeera-1/2 teaspoon
garlic-4
tomato-2
turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon
dhaniya powder-1 teaspoon
redchilli-4
cloves-2
elaichi-2
lavang patta-1/2 inch
Ingredients and method
mash the potatoes, peas add besan and make it balls.
fry it.
heat some oil add jeera and paste fry the paste till brown.
add some water cook until the raw masala disappears.
add the koftas and simmer 2mins.
remove from fire decorate with milk cream and coriander leaves.
