Arisi Upma Kozhalkattai

1. Soak raw rice for 20 minutes, drain water, and dry it thoroughly. 2. Grind this coarsely to a rawa consistency. 3. Heat oil and when hot, add mustard seeds, when they splutter add channa dal, urdh dal, red and green chillies, curry leaves. Then add water along with hing and salt and bring to a nice boil. 4. Add rice rawa when water is boiling and stir continuously to avoid lumps. Once cooked, add coconut gratings and mix well. 5. Spread it on a plate and allow it to cool. Then shape them into kozhalkattais. Steam for 5 minutes and serve them hot with coconut chutney. :beer: :D Enjoy!!!
