Very nice padikolam in colour veena.....yes true...there is no guarantee the kolams will stay if you stay in a apartment..but still we can make out the design.... think you have mixed yellow colour in the wet maavu.

Very good design and coloured wet mave kolam. I loved the design. The dried version would be much more beautiful.

Thanks to everyone. Rani Mam so happy to know that you want to try this. Look forward to see your touch n this. Uma - this is normal wet mavu mixed with yellow food colour and i use cotton balls to spread this.
Vijaysowmya - That too i stay at the ground floor so no use of doing big kolams. But still i do on occasions.
Veena nice pattern dear. I too take the photo before it dries cos I too live in the constant fear that it will be erased but I also take a dried photo if it is not distorted by then later on. Do try this pattern of taking photo dear.
every body has this problem mam...me too pa. that too on Fridays I have this tension. wonderful design veena mam.
