You need to elaborate more here so we can all understand your techniques. Not everyone knows about the paper cutting methods to make rangolis. Looks very nice though!
this one is very nice. but not sure what kind of paper cutting method you have used here. May be we need more insight or have you posted the correct pic?
I usually make stencils out of paper/ cards and use them to put rangolis, so that it gives good symmetry while the structures are repeated (I will post one pic of that kind). Are you doing the same?
paper cutting is just like stencils only.that is for oval shape first we cut the shape.take out oval and the keep the remaining paper and spread colours with a coffee filter.then the bigger oval shape while spreading this keep the same oval shape on top of the smaller one to hide outfrom other colours spilling on it.
