About sOnA bOrder (r3 c4) : PRINT
I took the basic motif of dots with three rows and four columns (single string) and built them as shown to get a frame with borders with the given motif. (I have deliberately left out the number of strings. It is a problem for you to find out I believe this frame will serve as a nice background for photographs. Enjoy!

JKM Sir, very attractive and pretty. How it looks iif the top and the bottom rows are rotated 180 degree. I think that would lead to inner nad outer designs look similr. Just a suggestion.
