This is a maakolam I made today being the second day of Navrathri, courtesy AV... dot count 12 x 2 to 2 and 2 x 2 on all four sides... hope you like it

Color kolamaa? amaam, illai illai. Makkolathukku maakkolam, rangolikku rangoli, simplekku simple, colourfulkku colourful. Nice work Pushpa.

Looks wonderful Pushpa, so colorful, and is there any significance of keeping flowers next to the kolam, as i have seen in most of your kolams.. border near vasapadi looks very cute.

Thank you all.. Saras maam, I dont know if there is actually any significance but from childhood I have seen in my house they used to keep flowers at the vasapadi... so I followed it.,
