About rose water melon carving : PRINT
Hai to all . This is a water melon rose carving and I learnt using Internet in this url http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gVHs2hJnQ7I&feature=related
in this video they have used special tools but I have used normal knive to do this .I tried the same rose in 5 to 6 melons but only last two melons came out well so I have uploaded last two carvings hope you all like this ...

By the way what did you do with the wastages?... with the scapped portion of the fruit you can try some designs.

Rajamma Mam Thankyou so much . I find difficulty in cutting & designing the scapped portion layers and I was not able to give required shape for it is too hard and so only I in the second photo I kept leaf like structure without any shape ..

rathika great work you have done., here sometime orange with red colors are Mingled roses.... come to flowershop.,,,

Radhika thank u very much for the youtube .com send by u dear.I know though it look simple it needs lots of practice.
But i can say confidently u have done justies to the carving work .It is indeed beautiful dear .But keep on practicing it .
